  • We are on the main A496 road between Barmouth (0.6mi) and Harlech (10mi)
  • Private car parking is available (at owner’s risk) in front of our premises for approximately 20 cars and is free for residents and diners
  • Nearest town is Barmouth (0.6mi) where there is a mainline train and bus station
  • There is a taxi service in Barmouth

• Main entrance/Reception facilities/Other public areas
  • There are 6 steps to the main entrance
  • Assistance with luggage is available
  • Seating is available in the reception area which is at ground level
  • From the reception area, access may be gained to the lounge, conservatory bar/dining area and the dining room. There are no steps to manoeuvre
  • There is an accessible toilet in the reception area
  • A public telephone is available close to the main entrance
  • All doors on the ground floor are at least 800mm wide
  • Wheelchair access is available via a ramp through the conservatory door (800mm)
  • There is no lift in the premises and no guest accommodation on the ground floor

• Accommodation
  • Access to the 1st floor is via a staircase 1080mm wide consisting 2 flights of stairs
  • 1st flight of stairs has 12 steps and the 2nd flight of stairs has 7 steps
  • There is a chair between the first and second flight of stairs
  • There are six guest rooms on the first floor each clearly numbered 1 to 6
  • In-room telephones, laundry and room service are not available
  • An ironing board and iron can be provided on request
  • Access to the 2nd (top) floor is via the staircase 800mm wide consisting 2 flights of stairs
  • 1st flight of stairs has 8 steps and the 2nd flight of stairs has 9 steps
  • There are five guest rooms on the second floor each clearly numbered 7 to 11
  • Corridors on each floor have a good colour contrast and are well lit

• Restaurant
  • The restaurant is at ground level spread between the conservatory and the dining room
  • Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and in any of the guest rooms
