Booking Terms
& Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of £50
per room and a credit card number is required to secure
your reservation at the time of booking. ThIs
will be deducted from your bill on departure. This charge will still apply in cases where only a card pre-authorisation was taken at the time of booking.
- All major debit/credit card accepted except American Express
- Booking confirmation will be emailed or posted following receipt of deposit or card pre-authorisation
- Cancellations of 3 days or less from
arrival date will be charged at the full room rate unless
we are able to re-let the room.
- When cancellation is 4 days or more from arrival
date we will hold over the deposit for 3 months from cancellation
date to use against a future reservation which must
be made within 28 days of cancelling.
- Your stay will be charged in full
if you depart before your original departure date.
- Voucher bookings (Smartbox/Fresh Weekend) restricted to 1 voucher per stay at any one time.
- Ty’r Graig Castle is strictly
a non-smoking establishment. A cleaning charge of £50
per room (minimum) will be levied if evidence of smoking
is detected
- Check-in time is between 2.00pm
and 10.00pm. Early check-in (12pm earliest) is available for an additional
charge of £10 per room.
- Check-out time is between 8.30am and 10.30am. Late check-out (12pm latest) is available for an additional
charge of £10 per room.
- A disposal and cleaning charge
of £20 per room (minimum) will be levied if extra
cleaning is required due to (but not limited to) spillages
and excessive refuse left in the room.
- Tyr Graig has valuable items of
furniture and is also a private home. Damage to any
fixtures and furnishings arising from misuse or negligence
will be deemed the responsibility of the guest, who
will be charged in full for the restoration/replacement
of damaged items.
- Children must be supervised by
parents/guardians at all times especially when wandering
near the cliff edge.
- Subject to availability, residents
may use the car park free of charge
during their period of stay. This is at the owner’s
risk.
- Residents are advised not to leave
any valuable or cherished items unattended in their
room as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss
or damage.
